SELF provides you with very professional workouts.
What really makes their workouts stand out are their instructors, as they give very good guidance on what the correct posture is while doing the exercises.
Another standout is that their workouts tend to have 2 different types of breaks - one small break between each workout and one longer break between each round. One workout normally has three rounds.
If you feel guilty when pressing the pause button during your workout, but love yourself an occasional water break, this channel could be the one for you.

Energetic and Tough
I must admit I felt slightly intimidated at the start of my first workout with Caroline Girvan, seeing her massive abs.
It turns out my feelings were somewhat justified, as the HIIT workout I did with Caroline was the hardest of all HIIT workouts I have tried.
This channel is not for beginners as there are no instructions for low impact versions of the exercises and the exercises shown are hard.
Even though the workout was very difficult for me to complete, I felt extremely accomplished after I was done and would definitely do it again.
Caroline’s workouts have very clear presentation and I think the energetic music helped me push through.
This channel is for the people who really want to HIIT it hard.

Good Variation, Great For Beginners
Ty’s channel is perfect for a HIIT beginner.
The workouts have everything - preview of the exercises, low impact modifications, warm up and cool down and instructions included.
The workout I did had a good mix of strength training and cardio. Some of the cardio parts were a bit easier compared to workouts I did with other instructors which makes it a bit better for beginners like myself.
The exercises were not repetitive and many of them were new to me, and different to what I have seen on other channels. This alone is a great reason for more experienced HIIT lovers to try out Ty's workouts as well.

These Guys Are All About HIIT
This YouTube Channel has over 600 workout videos.
Not only do they have an insane amount of content already, but this energetic couple seem to be uploading new workouts almost every day.
Most of their HIIT workouts follow the same routine. 10 minutes long with four rounds, each round consisting of 4 different exercises which are then repeated in each round.
As their workouts tend to be so consistent, I would recommend this channel to someone who likes routine and just want to get the workout done without thinking about it too much.
MrandMrsMuscle have been able to create extremely simple signature workouts.
Their low impact versions of each exercise are very easy and because of thhis I would recommend their HIIT workouts also to people without any exercising background.

Choose Your Own Music
I started my Group HIIT workout just like any other.
Soon after the first sets were completed, I noticed there was no talking, no music, no sound at all other than the *beep* from the clock to tell you it is time to move to the next exercise.
I had to grab my phone to put some music on in the background.
Group HIIT workouts are a perfect fit for someone who is picky with the music and wants to have their own playlist in the background.
As I do not have a specific workout playlist of my own, I would probably not go back to the Group HIIT workouts, but I can see why many people do.

As the banner picture suggests, these workouts are best for someone who already has a background in working out.
I would not recommend this channel for beginners. as some exercises require some experience and muscles for you to do them correctly. If you are a gym addict and skeptical about building muscles with body weight only, check out this channel – it might be for you.

Ambitious, Knowledgeable and Very Motivational
Sydney Cummings is a former Track and Field high jump athlete and se is now a certified personal trainer as well as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
Not only does she have a strong and wide expertise in Fitness, but she is also an extremely motivational person.
After watching her life story, I got instantly motivated and felt like I want to do more with my own life.
That said, I did miss some common features in her HIIT videos, that I have found useful elsewhere. I missed a bell or beep sound to indicate breaks and change of exercise and a countdown clock to show how much time is left of a break.
However, her motivational spirit was showing during the workout and it really made me feel like I want to do more of her workouts.
